The Price Is is operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC (“we”, “us”). We publish general pricing information about widely available consumer offers. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. If you subscribe to updates, the email address you provide, together with the date, time and IP address of the request, which we keep as a record of consent.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page.
• Email interaction. If you receive email from us, whether it was opened and whether links were clicked. This is measured through our own tracking domain, not a third party.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

• To send the updates you asked for, and to measure whether they arrive and are read.
• To honour unsubscribe requests and keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again after you opt out.
• To operate and secure the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who operate the site and deliver our email on our behalf, and where required by law.

Your choices

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and an unsubscribe link in the footer. Opt-outs are honoured within 48 hours and permanently thereafter. You may also write to [email protected] to be removed, or to request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you.

Retention

Consent records and suppression entries are kept for as long as necessary to prove consent and to honour an opt-out. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
